I wrote a couple of songs many years ago, when I was about 24 years young.  And then life took over…this one was called ‘stay’.  I didn’t write it about anyone in particular. The words just kind of came to me without much effort, and then the melody.  And so I joined up with a couple of chicks I knew and we recorded my songs.  I named our ‘band’ LimeEyesLemonLips.

And after a couple of months it ended…I think I scared myself, also deep down believed I was never good enough and it kind of felt a joke.  This all happened during the break-up with my my son’s father, not long after my parents’ marriage fell apart – and so was born an even more emotional connection to music 😦 Hence stopping right there with the creative side of music, and sticking to orchestras and playing other people’s stuff.

This is what I remember so far. I know the chords and melody  🙂
